The THORWallet DEX team has said the first thing the user will have to do if they hold your BEP2 or ERC-20 $RUNE on a centralized exchange is sending it to the THORWallet DEX app. If user has BEP2 $RUNE, it should be sent to the $BNB address in the app. Similarly, if user has ERC-20 $RUNE, it should be sent to the $ETH address. After the transaction is approved, the user will see the token in the wallet.
After a couple of steps, the user can click on the asset, proceed to use the “Upgrade” button and then follow the next instructions.
