THORWallet has released additional details of their upcoming THORChain-centric mobile wallet.
THORWallet is building a mobile THORChain wallet app that will include native cross-chain swaps, the ability to manage staking positions, education and community features, and more.
This will be the first purpose-built mobile wallet from the THORChain community ecosystem. It will offer deep integration with the network, and most of the features you can find on desktop exchange interfaces like THORSwap will be available in this mobile wallet.
The team also has plans to release a secondary version of the wallet with a simplified interface to appeal to a wider audience. This “retail” version will not contain THORChain branding, and offer an easy to use UI that will appeal to users who are not familiar with the complexities of DeFi.
THORWallet will also be introducing the $TGT utility token alongside the app. This token will unlock premium benefits such as reduced fees, and users will be able to participate in gamified community missions to earn additional tokens.
